Job Description | 1. Translating Product Copies and Compiling Data Statements 产品文案翻译及数据报表整理 2. Making a statistical analysis of the promotional data and effects, and constantly make optimization programs. 统计、分析推广数据及效果，并不断做出优化方 案 3. Handling customer service problems through onli ne chat and email 通过在线聊天及邮件方式处理客服问题 |
Responsibilities | 1. Providing promotional texts in line with Arabic la nguage habits; 提供符合阿拉伯语语言习惯的推广文案 2. Combining Islamic Customs to make suggestions on products and promotion; 结合伊斯兰教的风俗习惯对产品及推广提出建议 3. Telephone communication with customers in case of special circumstances. 如遇特殊情况需电话与客户沟通 |
