Transcripts

CIP Administrative Office assists current students in maintaining current student files and monitoring academic standing. Additionally, student enrollment status is continually updated and unofficial transcripts and academic records are maintained for all graduates or present students.

Usually, two weeks after the last day of final exam, you can access AIS (Academic Information System) to check your grades of the present semester and previous semesters. Upon graduation, you are furnished with a formal copy of permanent academic record without charge. This transcript of credits is for your personal record. It is your responsibility to collect extra official copy of the transcript. The first three extra copy of the transcript will be free of charge and a charge of CNY 10 is made for any additional official DHU transcript. No transcript of credits will be released if you are in debt to the University. For delivery of transcripts or certificates to the assigned address, the courier fee is borne by the student. CIP will not bear any responsibility for any damage or loss.
