DHU Student Card
DHU Student Card is the official student ID Card issued to both Chinese and international students enrolled as degree students or visiting students at Donghua University. Not only as a student ID card recognized national wise, it will also have following functions: 1. Library Card; 2. Food Card to be used in all the canteens on two campus; 3. Debit card to purchase groceries in Shanghai School Supply Supermarket on campus (Building No. 31 on Campus Map).
Lost Card: If you lose your card, please follow the instruction below to get your new card immediately, which will reduce your lost to the minimum. The amount left in your old card will be transferred to your new card.
Method 1: Visit DHU Student ID Card Office during the office hour.
The address: Rm 118, 1st floor of Student Service Center (site 20, new campus map) on Yan’an Road Campus.

Note: The staff may not speak English, make sure to bring a translator with you if you are not confident with your Chinese.
Method 2: Visit log in at http://ecard.dhu.edu.cn, (Chinese only) with following account information first to report your card lost first. Then visit Campus Card Office with your ICES Student Card to get the new card
Account: Your student ID number. You can find it on your ICES Card as well
Password: last 6 digits of your passport number
Top-up the Card: You can use this ID card as a debit card within campus in the canteen and designated supermarket. The spending limit is CNY 50/day and password will be needed if you consume more than CNY 50.You can top-up the card at following location
Location: 2nd floor of No.1 Cafeteria (RMB Cash only)
Open Hour: During the semester: 8:00 – 10:30, 11:00-14:00 Monday to Friday;
8:30 – 10:30, 11:00-14:00 Saturday & Sunday
During the summer and winter holidays:10:00 – 13:30 Monday & Thursday;
Refund: The amount left in the card WILL NOT be withdrawn or refunded. Please make sure to use up all the amount left in the card before you leave the University.
ICES International Student Card
The ICES Student card is the primary source of student identification for the campus for international students.It is associated with your latest information in the university international student database. It is the key to enter/exit the premises (including apartments) of ICES and used to take your attendance for academic activities. The card will be issued during the registration of your first semester. You MUST carry your Student card with you at all times whilst on the premises and produce it upon request. If you lose your ICES Student Card, please report to ICES 121 (Building 23 on campus map) for replacement. An administration charge of CNY 20 material cost is required.
Student ID – Each CIP student will be issued an identical student Identification number during the registration of the first semester. This ID number is associated with your information in DHU student database and will be used as the user name for your DHU email account, Academic Information system, and DHU Wi-Fi account.
