Instructions
Online registration will start from 00:00 am April 21st. Please follow process step by step to finish your registration.
Note:
Remarks: (Exchange students are exempted from immersion week activities.)
ØEvery student is available to choose maximum 4 activities during this immersion week.
ØOnline Registration Time:
First Round: Sat-Tue (April 21st to 24th)
Second Round: Wed-Thur (April 25th to 26th)
Deposit Payment Place: IECB 100 (CIP Office)
P.S. Students who select activities but without deposit payment to the CIP office until April 24th 16:00, selected seats will be released to public for second round selection.
ØDeposit: CNY 50/activity
ØYou need to pay deposit for reserving seats of activities which you are going to register during the registration on site. The office will return the deposit back only by you attending activities on time.
ØNo attendance, no refund.
ØThe registration is based on “First come, First Service” basics.
ØPlease remember to fill attended activities on your log book and collect stamps from office afterwards.
ØNotice: Deposit will be only refunded during May 9th-11th . Please remember to get it on time.
ØIf you cannot access the system off campus, please choose the activities in campus using DHU wifi.
