DHU Outstanding International Student Scholarship

Application Notice


  

In order to encourage students to make progress in studying, DHU has set up “ Outstanding International Student Scholarship”. The scholarship is granted once a year, as the award given to the students for their excellent performance at DHU.

  

1. The scholarship amount and number of winning students:

2. ApplicationRequirements:

  • CIP enolled student NOT in one's last semester. Students enrolled in spring semester must have been studying in CIP forat least ONE academic SEMESTER . Students enrolled in fall semester must have been studying in CIP for at least ONE academic YEAR,

  • Have high social moralities.

  • Abide by Chinese law and decrees, rules and regulations of DHU

  • High rate of class attendance. Study diligently and honestly with no failing courses.

  • No disciplinary actions and sanctions on file

  • Participate in social works and activities on and out of the university campus.

  • First Prize: Excellent academic performance, GPA≥3.5.

  • Second prize: Good academic performance, GPA≥3.0.

  • Third Prize: Serious study attitude, GPA≥2.5.

  • Refer to the past year’s GPA.   

  

3.Application Documents:

  • Application Form for DHU Outstanding CIP Student Scholarship (Download  here DHU Outstanding Student Scholarship Application  form.doc) 

  • Certificate of participate in community services or social activities issued in this academic year.

  • CIPSA member should provide a recommendation letter from ISA chairman or advisor.

  • Other supplementary materials, copy of certificate or awards.

  • Applicants should have at least recommendation signatures from 3 instructors on the application forms before submit to Center Administrative Office before the deadline. One of the recommendation can be from the teacher who is in charge of activities, CIPSA, or ISA.
