Job Description

Ø人事行政专员

岗位职责:

1.接听、转接、记录、反馈客户来电,来访客户的引领、接待、传达工作;

2.收发信件、快递、邮件,各类文件录入;

3.负责公司办公用品管理和采购工作;

4.各项规章制度及文件的监督执行,为其他部门提供及时有效的行政服务;

5.负责员工考勤和外出登记,更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系方式;

6.负责公司资产报修和维护,确保日常工作正常运行;

7.负责公司会议室预定和安排、办公环境的卫生检查,创造舒适、优美、整洁的工作生活环境;

职位要求:

1.人力资源管理、行政管理、中文、文秘、汉语言文学及相关专业大专以上学历;

2.英语或越南语或泰语沟通熟练;

3.工作细致认真,原则性强,有良好的执行力及职业素养;

4.具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识,沟通领悟能力,判断决策能力强;

5.熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件。

ØPersonnel Administration Specialist

Job responsibilities:

1.Receiving, transferring, recording and feedback calls from customers, guiding, receiving and communicating visiting customers

2.Receiving and dispatching letters, express delivery and mail, and inputting all kinds of documents

3.Responsible for office stationery’s management and purchase

4.Supervising the implementation of various rules and regulations and documents to provide timely and effective administrative services for other departments

5.Responsible for employee attendance and outgoing registration, update and manage employee communication ways and telephone number, etc.

6.Responsible for the repairing and maintenance of the company's assets to ensure daily work

7.Responsible for the meeting room reservation and arrangement, office environment hygiene inspection, to create a comfortable, beautiful and clean working and living environment

Job requirements:

1.College degree or above in Human Resources Management, Administration, Chinese, Secretarial, Chinese Language and Literature and related majors

2.Good communication skills in English, or Vietnamese or Thai;

3.Careful and conscientious working attitude, strong principle, good execution and professional accomplishment

4.Excellent written and verbal expression skills, strong affinity and service awareness, communication and understanding skills, strong decision-making ability;

5.Proficient in common office software and related personnel management software.

Ø操作部客服

岗位职责:

1.工作积极主动,维护与客户的长期合作。

2.与客户、运输公司、报关行、车队、仓库等方面的沟通、协调。

3.对客户进行日常维护,接受客户咨询,主动、及时反馈业务相关信息。

4.跟踪业务操作情况、及时进行信息反馈与沟通。

5.负责货物接单后的货物清关,运输整体流程的运转。

6.熟悉和掌握物流运输操作各个环节的费用;

7.熟练掌握进出口报关,报检的各项流程和专业知识,能及时反馈货物的情况;

8.完成有关单据编制、整理。及时进行系统相关信息维护;

9.定期进行协助对帐、结算工作。

职位要求:

1.英语或越南语或泰语沟通熟练;

ØOperating Department Customer Service

Job responsibilities:

1.Work proactively and maintain long-term cooperation with customers

2.Communicate and coordinate with customers, transportation companies, customs brokers, transport fleets and warehouses.

3.Maintain customers’ daily operation, receive customer consultation, actively and timely feedback business-related information

4.Tracking business operations, timely proceed information feedback and communication

5.Responsible for the goods’ clearance after receipt of goods orders and the operation of the overall transport process

6.Familiar with and master the cost of every logistics and transportation operation;

7.Proficient in import and export customs declaration, inspection procedures and professional knowledge, can timely feedback on the situation of goods;

8.Complete the preparation and collation of relevant documents. Maintain the relevant information concerning the system in time.

9.Assist in reconciliation and settlement work on a regular basis.

Ø海外客服

岗位职责:

1.负责越南市场的开发及销售渠道建设、管理和维护;

2.拜访客户,为客户提供专业的咨询、报价、服务;

3.维护、管理客户关系,完善客户的操作流程;

4.关注行业发展,定期反馈海外市场需求、竞对情况、市推动态等信息;

5.完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求:

1.本科以上学历,专业不限;

2.越南语、英语沟通熟练;

3.能适应驻外工作(越南)

ØOverseas Customer Service

Job responsibilities:

1.Responsible for Vietnam market development and sales channel construction, management and maintenance

2.Visit customers and provide professional consultation, quotation and service for them

3.Maintain and manage customer relationship and improve customer's standard operation process

4.Focus on the development of the industry, and regularly feedback the information of overseas market demand, competition situation and market promotion

5.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above with unlimited majors

2.Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese

3.Capable of adapting to work abroad in Vietnam
