Responsibilities | ØFollow/update the Publication Calendar to ensure adherence to research report publication dates/deadlines; ØAssist to work with the Research team to ensure that the research products adhere to our Design Framework consistently; ØAssist to review/edit research reports to ensure grammatical accuracy; ØEnsure that the view and tone of a research report remain consistent throughout the entire report; ØAssist to liaise with the Research Managers and/or Compliance Team, examine/edit content to help ensure research products pass Compliance review, while preserving financial logic; ØAssist to raise issues and recommend possible solutions, on a timely basis, to stakeholders; ØIn conjunction with the Design Team, train Research team members on our Design Framework. |
Qualification Requirements | ØMandarin fluency/proficiency is preferred; ØCandidate must be attentive to detail and diligent, and be able to multi-task; ØCandidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; ØFluency in Microsoft Office is a must. |
